I’m honestly fed up with Ibis Paint X constantly crashing. It’s not just the app randomly closing, but the fact that the work I spend hours creating often gets wiped out when it does. Every time it crashes, I’m forced to go through the painful process of recovering what I can—and sometimes, I lose entire pieces for good.
I downloaded the app from Microsoft Store, not through any third-party source, and I’m not even using it on a phone—this is happening on my PC. I’ve checked for updates, restarted my system, and even reinstalled the app, but nothing has helped. The crashes just keep happening.
I don’t understand why a drawing app with such a big user base can’t seem to fix a basic stability issue. It completely ruins the creative experience and makes the app unreliable for serious work.
Ibis Paint team, please fix this crash issue immediately. Artists depend on your app to create and store their work, and this ongoing instability is unacceptable. I simply want to be able to draw without worrying about the app crashing every few minutes.
