Unresolved Traction Problems with the 2021 Hyundai Tucson

I took my 2021 Hyundai Tucson, which has only 34,000 miles on it, to the Duzce service center because it was having problems with traction. Even though they said it was a fuel issue when they checked the vehicle, they gave it back to me after supposedly fixing it. However, they charged me for the repairs, claiming it was not covered by the warranty. Even though we showed that BP has been consistently providing fuel and provided a clean fuel analysis from them, the outcome didn't change. Two days later, I had the same problem again with my car. I took it back to the Ereğli service center and they quickly figured out that the heat pump was not working properly. They promptly replaced it for free since it was still under warranty. Now, I'm questioning the authorities: If my problem was related to fuel, would the car have had the same issue again? So, the invoice says that the turbo revision will cost ₺5,000. Can you replace a turbo for that price, and how does it relate to a fuel issue? Why don't they show the invoice for the turbo replacement if they're charging for the replacement of 4 injectors? They say they lubed the sunroof, but another service center says that's not true. Here are the invoices. We're going to take legal action against Duzce Ozanlar, the Hyundai dealer.
