Beware 2022 Hyundai Tucson Diesel! "Check Exhaust System" Error, Constant Repairs

I bought a brand new Tucson 2022 model diesel Elite Plus, and after only 2,000 kilometers, it began to give exhaust system faults. Over the last two years, I've had to deal with the "check exhaust system" issue four times. Each time, the service center resets it and returns it. I've had to go to the service center every two months. They replaced both the particle filter and the clutch. Just when I believed the problem was resolved, they have been attempting to diagnose it at the service center since January 31, 2024. They discovered a break in the engine block and offered to repair it. They say that all vehicles manufactured that year are defective and should be recalled. They refused to give a replacement vehicle. We are left with the choice of accepting the repaired engine or exercising all of our legal rights. What's most aggravating is that, like everyone else, we spent more than the advertised price at the dealership to purchase a vehicle from Hyundai Assan, which we profoundly regret.
