Hyundai Tucson 2021 Navigation Issue
My Hyundai Tucson 2021 model has been plagued by a navigation issue that, despite multiple attempts to resolve with authorized service centers, remains unresolved. The navigation system constantly gives me wrong directions, leaving me frustrated and disoriented. While the CarPlay system appears to be at fault, Hyundai refuses to acknowledge it, claiming that the problem is with my phone. I've tested the system on several phones, and it's clear that the issue is with the car's system. I've discovered that I'm not alone in dealing with this issue, as many others have complained about it as well. Unfortunately, even the Bursa Sentürk service center was unable to resolve the problem. This ongoing issue is driving me insane, and I believe Hyundai should release a software update immediately to resolve this issue. If anyone has found a solution or is experiencing the same navigation problem, please share your experiences to assist us in navigating this difficult situation.
