Strange Pilling Under Hummel Sweatpants

Hello, I noticed that there were strange black fluffs on the bottom of the sweatpants that I bought from Hummel Zonguldak Ereğli store on 22.11.2024, even though I wore them once. I requested a review from the store for the problem. As a result, a rejection was given. I could not understand why a brand like Hummel does not stand behind its product. I do not plan to shop from this brand again. I do not understand how a product with combed cotton fabric can have such fluffs coming out. I would like to inform you that I will seek my rights in the consumer arbitration board.
