The Wool on the Back Of Lufian Coat Started to Shift
On November 23, 2019, I purchased a coat from the Lufian store in Istanbul Sefaköy Armoni Park. After only a few wears, the wool on the back started to shift. Concerned about this issue, I returned the product to the store for exchange or refund. However, my request was denied. I'm asserting my rights in this matter. It's quite unreasonable to encounter such a problem with a product I paid around ₺4500 for. I urge for a swift resolution to this matter. I haven't picked up the product from the store again.
