On September 17, 2024, I placed an online order from Beymen (order number BEY-20240917-8763273) for 2 Mont Blanc Platinum and 2 Hugo Boss The Scent Elixir perfumes. The package was delivered in pristine condition by Teha Kozmetik on September 20, 2024.
Upon opening one of the Hugo Boss Elixir boxes, I noticed the bottle was a completely different color, contained floating particles, had a damaged cap, and emitted a poor-quality scent that disappeared almost instantly—completely unlike the original. Suspicious, I contacted Teha Kozmetik and was advised to return the perfumes for review. To ensure transparency, I filmed the unboxing of the second Elixir perfume, which showed the same issues.
I returned the faulty perfumes (tracking number 903492111319) to Teha Kozmetik on September 21, 2024. Despite my follow-ups via calls and emails, I received no response until two days ago when I was informed that the products were deemed original and would be returned to me. I strongly disagree with this conclusion and will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee if no proper resolution is provided.
