My Huawei Wireless Earphone Warranty Experience
I bought a Huawei wireless earphone, and after a while, technical problems began to arise. It refused to connect to my phone, and one of the earbuds was broken. I sent it in for warranty repair, and it took a frustrating month for it to arrive at their service center. They diagnosed it as a motherboard problem once they had it. After several weeks, I received a message from them today informing me that they would replace my earphones with a newer model. What's the catch? My original earphones were valued at 2700 tl, and they were offering a replacement for only 700 tl. I refused and requested an identical replacement, but they claimed it was out of stock. I told them I'd wait until they could provide one, but they refused. They only mentioned the Huawei SE brand when I inquired about other models. I decided to file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board because this appeared to be an attempt to abandon customers. If necessary, I am willing to pursue this matter through the legal system.
