Huawei FreeBuds SE2 Call Connection Issues

I purchased the Huawei FreeBuds SE2 on February 14, 2025, after being assured by the seller that the earbuds were fully compatible with both iOS and Android. The product description also stated the same. However, I have been facing serious connectivity issues during phone calls.
When I make or receive a call, the earbuds take 15-20 seconds to connect, causing significant delays. By the time the connection stabilizes, the other person has already hung up, thinking there is no sound. I bought these earbuds specifically for phone calls, but they fail to function as expected.
I request an immediate solution to this issue. If the earbuds are defective or incompatible, I expect a full refund or replacement. Huawei should address this problem, as many users rely on Bluetooth earbuds for seamless communication.
