My Huawei Watch 4 Burned My Wrist at the Sensor Area — I Can’t Use It Anymore

I purchased my Huawei Watch 4 around July 2024, and while I initially loved using it, I’ve recently experienced a serious skin issue. The area on my wrist where the sensor touches the skin developed a burn-like mark and peeling, resembling a mild burn or severe irritation.
Because of this, I’ve had to stop wearing the watch entirely, even though I enjoyed using it. Since I removed it a few days ago, the condition of my wrist has improved — but the fact that it caused this kind of reaction is extremely concerning.
I’m now unable to use a product I paid good money for, and I feel completely let down. I’m asking Huawei to take this issue seriously, provide support, and offer either a replacement or refund, as this is clearly a product-related defect that affects user health. Please respond and resolve this as soon as possible.
