Huawei Watch GT3 Burned My Wrist and Hasn't Healed After 1.5 Weeks Need Replacement

I’ve been using the Huawei Watch GT3, and it left a burn on my wrist that still isn’t healed after a week and a half. I have a burn on both sides of my wrist, and I'm not sure how long it will take to heal. I’m really worried about this because it’s not what I thought I’d get from a smartwatch. I’ve always had faith in Huawei’s products, but this situation has been concerning. I’d like to ask Huawei’s authorized service to replace the watch as soon as they can. I really hope the burn gets better soon, but right now, I could use some solid help from Huawei to sort this out. I didn’t see this coming, and it’s really made me uncomfortable.
