Huawei Watch GT 4 Stopped Working After 3 Months

I purchased my Huawei Watch GT 4 three months ago and used it only twice a week. Despite this minimal use, the device shut down shortly after being powered on and never turned back on. I sent it to the service center, and they informed me that a part replacement is required.
I have always charged the device carefully, avoiding adapters and using my PC to prevent high amperage issues. There has been no misuse on my part. However, I now question whether the water-resistance guarantee will remain intact after the repair. A replaced part may compromise the factory seal’s reliability.
I am requesting either a replacement with a new device or a full refund. I paid for a reliable, brand-new product, and I expect Huawei to uphold its quality promise. Please resolve this issue promptly.
