My Huawei Watch 5 Loses Connection After 5 Meters and Won’t Reconnect

I bought a Huawei Watch 5 less than six months ago, and I already regret the purchase. The watch constantly disconnects from my phone if I move even just 5 meters away, and when I come back within range, it doesn’t reconnect automatically. I have to manually pair it again every single time — which defeats the purpose of a smart device.
I sent the watch to the service center, expecting a replacement since it’s still under warranty. But they sent it back saying, “No issues were found.” That’s unacceptable. If there’s a clear connectivity failure, then there is a problem. The fact that they dismissed it without offering a proper solution is beyond frustrating.
If this complaint doesn’t lead to a resolution, I will take the matter to the Consumer Court and let them deal with it. Huawei, you are responsible for the products you sell. I expect a full replacement or an effective fix immediately.
