Huawei FreeBuds 4 Wireless Charging Not Working
I sent my Huawei FreeBuds 4 headphones to the service center because the wireless charging feature wasn't working. Thankfully, the technician attended to it, researched, and provided feedback for each scenario. I learned that the headphones don't actually have wireless charging capability. Before sending them in, I contacted Huawei's Instagram account, where they sent me a link, stating, "You can see how to use wireless charging in the link." The page I was directed to clearly shows that Huawei FreeBuds 4 have wireless charging capability. I demand rectification of this situation and compensation for my inconvenience.
