Huawei Watch GT3 Malfunction After Update
My Huawei Watch GT3 stopped working after the most recent update. The heart rate sensors were not working at first, and then they completely stopped working. I sent my under-warranty product to technical support three weeks ago, and every time I contact them, I get the response that they are waiting for replacement parts. My watch has been in the service center for three weeks. After I contacted Huawei customer service via social media, they called me, but they were unable to provide a solution. They are still unable to locate spare parts and continue to tell me to wait. It's been three weeks, and they still haven't fixed a simple problem with my watch. Huawei has proven to be a letdown.
