Huawei Watch Buds Malfunction

I'm deeply unhappy with the Huawei Watch Buds Black Smartwatch I purchased on September 9, 2023, from Vatan Bilgisayar. First, when even light pressure is applied to the area where the earbuds are stored, there is noticeable flexing, indicating a gap in the cover. Second, when I answer a call while wearing the earbuds, the call information appears on the watch screen. However, this call screen remains active throughout the call, preventing me from returning to the main screen of the watch. In other words, the watch becomes unusable during phone calls (I tested it on several phones, and the problem persists even after resetting the watch). The watch remains stuck on the call screen unless I remove the earbuds, rendering it completely useless. This appears to be a software bug or deficiency rather than a hardware issue. During phone calls, the screen on my wristwatch remains illuminated, displaying the caller's name, phone number, and call duration for all to see. I expect this issue to be resolved, and if it is not, I will request a refund for the watch, which I purchased only 36 hours ago. If my problem is not resolved, please be aware that I will pursue legal action, as I have been unable to use this product safely and effectively due to its flaws.
