Huawei Refused to Honor Warranty and Charged for Unacceptable Replacement Screen

I discovered your website just recently, and want to share my experience with Huawei. Unfortunately, my Huawei phone's warranty had expired, so I had to pay for a screen replacement. They informed me informally that they did not originally have the frame and would use a blue one instead. I agreed, had to actually, later received my phone with a bluely framed, but the touch screen was not working properly and the originally golden frame was missing. I complained and sent my phone back for inspection, but they refused to do anything and said they could not find any issue. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, but they were unhelpfully and told me I should have done something differently. Huawei overcharged me significantly for a poorly performing replacement screen and I am still encountering problems with my phone. In short, Huawei has failed to honor their warranty and provide a proper customer service.
