Huawei Order Was Missing a Stylus and Replaced With One That Didn't Match
Hello, I placed an order with the Huawei seller for a tablet, keyboard, and stylus. The tablet and keyboard arrived on Saturday, September 2nd, but the stylus was not included. When I contacted the seller via Mall of Trend, they initially claimed they didn't have the stylus but promised a refund. However, in a subsequent conversation, they reversed their position, stating that they did indeed have the stylus and would send it to me within a few days. On September 8th, I received a stylus, but it was not the genuine Huawei Pencil that I had hoped for. Instead, they sent me an incompatible stylus from an unknown brand that is incompatible with my tablet. This situation has irritated me. When I brought this up with the Trendyol seller, they denied the problem and insisted that the stylus they had sent me was the correct one. It isn't. The genuine Huawei stylus was supposed to be sent to me.
The seller claims to have sent me an original Huawei branded pen, but they sent me a cheap pen that is not Huawei branded. The seller does not accept any returns, and I am in a difficult situation without anyone to address my concerns. Please help.
