Huawei Not Able To Ensure A Simple Charge Cable
I recently purchased a new tablet, the Huawei MatePad 11.5. Subsequently, I acquired the Huawei M-Pencil 2nd generation, but it didn't come with a charger cable for the pencil case. I attached the pen to the tablet, but the tablet didn't respond at all. After some research, I contacted Huawei Customer Service and explained that my tablet and pen weren't compatible. Based on my findings, I mentioned that I should have received a charger cable with the pen, but it was missing. They informed me that I needed to buy a new pen from their website, and then they would send a new pen along with a charger cable. They clarified that they don't sell the charger cable separately. I've already purchased a pen, so I only require a charger cable. It's frustrating that Huawei won't provide a simple charger cable. I feel like a victim in this situation, and I'm seeking assistance. It's just a basic charger cable; come on, Huawei. A big brand like Huawei should be able to handle this.
