I purchased the Huawei Matepad 11.5'' papermatte Edition + Keyboard - 8+256GB – Marmaris Package product from Huawei's official sales channels. During the purchase, I additionally purchased a pen that was stated to be offered as an option among the accessories recommended by the system. The images in the product description also give the impression that this pen is compatible with the device. However, when the product arrived, it turned out that this pen was not compatible with the tablet in question. In addition, after opening the FreeBuds headphones sent as a “gift” within the scope of the campaign, I requested a return of the product. However, customer service stated that the headphones could not be returned due to hygiene reasons and therefore the ₺1500 headphone fee could not be refunded. This situation is both misleading sales and against Consumer Rights. The fact that a pen that is not compatible with the tablet is recommended by the system as “compatible” misleads the consumer. Why is a headset that is stated to be a gift charged for product return? The information that returns are not accepted due to hygiene reasons was not shared clearly and explicitly before the sale. In addition, customer service informed me that if I send the headset to them, there will be no return and the box will be sent back completely. I have been victimized during this process. Both the pen is incompatible and the headset return is not accepted. I am thinking of applying to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I request that Huawei resolve this victimization and complete product return. I would like to inform you.
