Huawei Deceived Me on Matepad 12 X Price and Outdated Package Contents

I bought the Huawei Matepad 12 X tablet in December after it was advertised everywhere as "buy now without being affected by the new year increase." I paid ₺22,999, but now in January, despite the new year increase, the sales price has been reduced to ₺19,999. I feel deceived, as if I had waited just two weeks, I would have paid ₺3,000 less. Additionally, the package I received included the m Pencil 1st generation pen, but the current package now includes the 3rd generation pen. This has caused me further loss. I demand that the company compensate me for this. Although most of my products are from this brand, I cannot accept this situation. Please take appropriate action and resolve this issue to eliminate my victimization.
