As a user of the Huawei MatePad 2021, I recently received a hardware update that was specifically designed for the stylus. It arrived this morning. Unfortunately, my stylus has stopped working after the update. I tried contacting you through your official channels, but I haven't received any response. I'm really confused about why this problem happened. I feel a sense of regret and hesitation when it comes to recommending Huawei to others after this incident. I hope for a quick and efficient solution to this issue.
