Huawei Nova 11 Pro Issues with Camera and Speaker
On September 4, 2023, I purchased a Huawei Nova 11 Pro as a gift for my mom from the Media Markt store. A few days later, my mom began experiencing issues with the phone. The problems included camera and speaker issues, but the most serious problem was that the touchscreen was not working. We reported this to Media Markt and brought the phone in for inspection. A representative acknowledged that there was a problem with the phone and mentioned that it needed to be sent to technical service first. The device was sent to service, and I was later informed that "no issues were found, general technical maintenance was performed." Despite my objections, they insisted that "everything was fixed," and I picked up the phone. However, the next day, my mom reported that the touchscreen was not working again. We returned to Media Markt, checked the device with the representatives, and they also acknowledged the problem. They sent the device to technical service for the second time. On November 21, 2023, the device was returned again with the statement "no issues found, general technical maintenance performed." When I told the representative that I planned to file a complaint, he responded, "Also write to the governor's office." I don't know what to complain about more: that I paid for something that turned out to be broken or that even with such responsive and attentive customer service, nothing is being done.
