Huawei Matebook D14 Battery Draining Issue

I messed up by buying a Huawei Matebook D14 laptop. It's been one and a half years of ongoing problems, and every time they say they fixed it, the issues keep happening. I can't take it anymore! I'm so tired of the annoying fan noise that's supposed to be fixed but is still there, making this irritating buzzing sound. The battery is running out quickly, going from 100% to 96% to 92% very quickly. I want a refund for this laptop. I don't want to be taken advantage of anymore. I'm a student, and this situation is messing with my studies. I've had it up to here; it's time to make a decision.
