I’m completely locked out of my Huawei MateBook 14 and don’t know what else to do. I had both a password and a PIN code set on my device. I forgot the password, so the system prompted me to enter the PIN instead — but now I realize I’ve also forgotten the PIN.
To make matters worse, there is no option to reset the PIN anywhere on the login screen. It just keeps asking for the PIN with no alternatives or recovery instructions. I’ve tried every possible method I could find online, but nothing has worked. I’m stuck and can’t access my laptop at all.
