Huawei FreeBuds SE 3 Has Severe Call Quality Problems

I purchased Huawei FreeBuds SE 3 earbuds on May 22, 2026, through Hepsiburada from the seller Vatan Bilgisayar. I have been using the product for approximately two weeks. However, over the last two days, I have started experiencing a serious issue that significantly affects the functionality of the earbuds.

I use the earbuds with a Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro smartphone. During all phone calls, including both regular cellular calls and calls made through applications such as WhatsApp, the audio quality becomes extremely poor. The people I speak with report that my voice sounds heavily muffled and unclear. Likewise, I hear the other party's voice as distorted, muffled, and lacking clarity. This problem occurs consistently during every call and makes the earbuds practically unusable for voice communication.

To ensure that the issue was not caused by a user-side setting or configuration problem, I reset the earbuds and checked for firmware updates through the Huawei application. The device was already running the latest available software version, and the problem persisted after the reset. Therefore, the issue does not appear to be related to outdated software or a simple configuration error.

Because this malfunction developed within a short period of ownership and directly affects one of the product's core functions, I am experiencing significant inconvenience and disappointment.

I request that the Huawei FreeBuds SE 3 earbuds be thoroughly inspected to determine the cause of the problem. If the issue can be repaired, I would like the necessary repair to be completed. If the defect cannot be resolved through repair, I request a replacement product of the same model so that I can use the product as intended.
