My Huawei FreeBuds 5i Keep Cutting Out Every Few Seconds

I bought the Huawei FreeBuds 5i about 4–5 months ago, and for the most part, they worked well. But for the past month, they’ve become almost unusable. While I’m listening to music, watching videos, or even on calls, the sound randomly cuts out every 5 to 10 seconds. Sometimes it happens every 2–3 minutes, sometimes even faster — but the interruptions are constant and frustrating.

I didn’t drop them or expose them to water. Nothing changed on my end, yet this issue started all of a sudden. I’ve tried restarting and resetting the earbuds, but nothing has helped.

I want to know what’s causing this and whether there’s a reliable fix. Huawei, please offer a clear solution or replacement — this is unacceptable for a product that’s only a few months old.
