I purchased the Huawei FreeBuds SE 2 just a week ago, and I’m already experiencing a highly irritating issue. Even with a full charge and no buttons pressed, the earbuds make a constant beeping sound every 10 seconds while playing videos or music. This noise is extremely distracting and ruins the listening experience.
I’ve seen similar complaints from other users whose issues were resolved, so this seems to be a recurring problem with this model. Clearly, it’s not an isolated incident.
Huawei, I request immediate assistance to fix this issue. A product from a reputable brand should not have such a basic flaw. Please provide a solution or a replacement for the defective earbuds promptly.
