My Huawei P Smart S Has No Google and Crashes Apps Constantly
I bought the Huawei P Smart S because I was told it supported Google services, but that turned out to be completely false. The phone has no Google Play, and I'm forced to download apps from third-party platforms. Those apps rarely work properly — they either crash constantly or close by themselves for no reason.
On top of that, the battery life is awful. Even though I regularly close background apps and manage usage settings, the charge drains way too fast. It’s exhausting trying to use a phone that fails at even the most basic tasks.
I expected a reliable smartphone, but instead, I got a device full of limitations. Huawei should be more transparent about what their phones can and cannot do. I regret buying this model and would not recommend it to anyone. Huawei, take accountability and offer real solutions for your users.
