Huawei Tested My Earbuds for Only 54 Minutes and Ignored Battery Issues

Dear Representative, I sent my Huawei earbuds to your service due to a decline in battery performance. In the images you shared regarding the service process, it shows that at 14:37, when the device was received, both earbuds had 100% battery and the charging case was at 90%. At the end of the test at 15:31, the left earbud was at 90% and the right at 85%. What caught my attention is that the case still showed 90% charge despite being plugged in. Additionally, it’s stated that the tests were conducted using the “Huawei special test program.” However, I have serious doubts that a 54-minute test can accurately assess battery performance. Also, the fact that the left and right earbuds did not discharge equally raises technical concerns. I believe that a leading brand like Huawei would not overlook such details. I am sending the product back again and kindly request a more thorough and careful inspection this time. My goal is not to cause any dispute but to maintain both my trust in your brand and overall customer satisfaction.
