HSBC Premier Credit Card Miles Are Too Restrictive

I have an HSBC Premier credit card, and I’ve noticed a major issue with the Miles points system. Unlike other banks, HSBC does not allow me to freely use my earned miles as I wish. The redemption options are extremely limited, making it difficult to take full advantage of the rewards I’ve accumulated. To make things worse, HSBC’s website provides very little information about how these miles can actually be used. Why should customers be restricted when other banks offer more flexibility? If HSBC is promoting miles rewards, they need to make them usable. I urge HSBC to update their rewards system and provide clearer guidelines so customers can actually benefit from their earned miles!
