Garanti BBVA Denied Me Access to My Shop&Fly Miles After Card Restructuring
I feel let down by Garanti Bank and their handling of my Shop&Fly Gold Card miles. Over the years, I accumulated more than 2.5 million miles using the card, worth approximately ₺30,000. But since I no longer actively use the card and its debt has been restructured, I’m now unable to access the miles that I rightfully earned. It’s upsetting to see that my loyalty and trust in this bank haven’t been reciprocated. For the past few years, I’ve noticed a shift in their approach, where customer needs seem secondary to the bank’s interests. I expected better treatment and clearer support from Garanti Bank, especially after dedicating years as a loyal customer.
