HSBC Bank Threatens to Close My Account Unless I Deposit ₺2M for Premier Status
I've been a loyal HSBC Bank customer for a very long time, yet I recently received an email informing me that they would be closing my account without clearly stating why. When I contacted HSBC customer service, they bluntly told me my account would remain open only if I upgraded to Premier status by depositing at least ₺2 million! This demand is outrageous and completely unacceptable. How can a reputable bank treat loyal customers this way—forcing us to deposit enormous sums or lose our accounts? This sudden decision lacks transparency, fairness, and respect for customers who've trusted them for years. HSBC, I demand an immediate resolution to this unfair practice: stop forcing unreasonable conditions on loyal customers and keep my account active without such absurd requirements!
