Unresolved Issues With HP Ink Tank 415

I'm having some technical issues with my HP printer, and I'm still trying to figure out how to fix it. The support is not good enough, the solutions don't work, and it's hard to reach the hotline. The service center in Antalya doesn't provide service for this model. The only suggestion I got from the call center is to replace the head, but it's not fixing the problem. They're being really careful with the hotline number. It feels like I'm being kept waiting until the warranty runs out.

The technical service reached out to me. I shipped the product. I hope the issue will be resolved permanently as soon as possible.
They replaced my 415 model printer with the higher model 530 under warranty. I thank the HP support team for not prolonging the process any further.
