Paper feeding issues prevent printing. The manufacturer's website's solutions didn't work, tried each and every one of them...what else can I do?? The worst thing is that customer care sends me on a map-based scavenger hunt, so I can't even contact them. HP's poor support is not designed to help people but just try them until they give up and leave. My printer's warranty is still active, therefore it's puzzling that I can't fix it. Can the company avoid warranty repairs or replacements? Why they make it hard for clients to receive aid is beyond me. I regret everything. They have to address my needs right?
