HP OMEN Laptop 17-ck0075ng (4H3F6EA) Techical Service Support Issue

Hello, I am Osman Elb**. I am an architecture student in Turkey, Ankara. I have an OMEN by HP Laptop 17-ck0075ng (4H3F6EA) with the product number: 4H3F6EA and the serial number: 5CD2016ZTB. I applied to HP Turkey/Ankara service for my HP Omen computer, which I bought a year ago and is still under warranty, because it was overheating and crashing during games. Due to parts being requested from abroad and the parts constantly arriving broken and incompatible with the device, and the phone service I contacted every day not having sufficient information on any subject and not providing the necessary procedures, the service period was greatly extended and the legal deadline was exceeded. Since I constantly needed my computer for my education and the service process was very lengthy, I could not accept the recommended replacement process, which would also take at least a month. Since the service provided a later date every day for the completion of the repair process, I canceled the service and took my computer back without repair. It took a week even for the computer to be returned without repair. None of the employees helped without registering a complaint, did not carry out the necessary procedures, and made the situation more stressful with their bad tone and attitude. The complaints unit could not offer an explanation or solution for the delay and grievance. I could not get a solution to this situation from your HP Turkey providers, and I had to take my computer back without receiving any repair during my one-and-a-half-month service period. I would appreciate it if you could offer me a solution that will alleviate my grievance, directly or through HP Türkiye.
