Superlive Account Permanently Banned for Underage Streaming Appeal

I am a Superlive user and my account was permanently banned last month with the explanation that there was underage streaming on my account. I am not underage and I do not understand why such a serious decision was taken about my account. At the time of the ban I was only streaming random stories in a normal way and was not violating any rules to my knowledge. I did not receive any clear and detailed information or evidence about the allegation of underage streaming, and I therefore believe this decision may have been made in error. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail and that the permanent ban be removed so that I can continue streaming on Superlive. I also ask you to share with me the clear reason and, if any, evidence on which this decision was based.
