Citroën C5 Aircross Steering Wheel Logo Peeling Issue

I purchased a Citroën C5 Aircross in 2024 and recently noticed peeling and deformation around the Citroën logo on the steering wheel. This area is not a surface that is constantly touched or subjected to any unusual use, so I do not accept that this situation is due to user error. On 25.09.2026 I applied to Istanbul Gülan Citroën Sancaktepe Kartal authorized service with this complaint. The service evaluated the situation as user error and refused to replace the part under warranty free of charge. Despite my explanation that the peeling occurred in a non-contact area and that this should be considered a manufacturing or material defect, my request was not accepted. I request that the peeling and deformation around the logo on the steering wheel of my Citroën C5 Aircross be re‑evaluated within the scope of warranty and that the relevant part be replaced free of charge as soon as possible.
