I bought the HP 15-bs154nt Laptop from Hepsiburada during the pandemic, but now it's acting up. Even though I have my laptop plugged into the wall and turned off, the battery always shows as completely drained at 0%. If the laptop is not plugged in, it won't work at all. This shouldn't be happening on a fairly new device, and it operates on Windows 10 Single. When I connect the charger and switch it on, it shows a warning message, which you can see in the images I've attached. I need someone who has the authority to contact me as soon as possible to deal with this annoying problem quickly.
