I sent my hp omen brand laptop computer to hp service for replacement due to motherboard failure and paid 3100 TL in advance. I wrapped the product with 2-3 layers of bubble wrap and put it in the cargo box so that it would not be damaged during the shipping process. When I received the cargo, I was glad to see that it came with a cargo box and protective packaging, but when I took the computer out of the box, I encountered very large and open damage in the case. I want my computer replaced, it can't be overlooked, see the photos to see what I mean. It's not ok they treated this piece of this fragile device so carelessly.
