Hotspot Shield Charged Me but Didn’t Activate My 50GB Plan

I purchased the 50GB package on Hotspot Shield, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account (₺). However, ...the package never appeared on my account, and I still can’t use the service. This is the second time I’ve experienced this issue, and it’s completely unacceptable. Why is my paid
