Hotspot Shield Charged Me but Didn’t Activate My 50GB Plan

I purchased the 50GB package on Hotspot Shield, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account (₺). However, the package never appeared on my account, and I still can’t use the service. This is the second time I’ve experienced this issue, and it’s completely unacceptable.

Why is my paid package not being activated? I demand an immediate solution—either activate the plan I paid for or issue a full refund. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this frustration, especially after making a payment. Hotspot Shield needs to fix its payment and activation system and stop leaving users without the service they paid for. Resolve my issue now!
