Hotpoint Split Air Conditioner Repair Impossible

I purchased a Hotpoint Split air conditioner four years ago, and now I cannot get it repaired because the brand has withdrawn from the country. After researching online, I found that Hotpoint had transferred its service rights to Vestel, but customer service informed me that the agreement has expired, and they no longer register repair requests. As a consumer, I am left wondering what I am supposed to do. Should I simply throw away a product I spent a significant amount of money on? Isn't there a regulation requiring brands to provide spare parts and service for 10 years after selling a product? Who can I turn to for help in this situation? I need a resolution promptly.
