Immediate Payment In My PayPal Account From Hotmini Drama

I am using the Hotmini Drama app from South Africa, where I watch stories and series and earn money on the platform. On 22/01/2026 I requested a withdrawal of R300 to my PayPal account, but to this day the payment has still not been processed or reflected in my PayPal balance. There is no visible support portal in the app, so I have not been able to contact the company through any official channel to resolve this issue. As a user who has spent time engaging with the content and earning on the platform, I find it unacceptable that a withdrawal requested months ago has still not been paid. I request that Hotmini Drama immediately processes and pays the pending R300 withdrawal into my PayPal account. Once this payment is made, I would like to continue using the app, but only if withdrawals are handled reliably and within a reasonable time.
