HotminiDrama Cash Out Stuck on Verifying Since Payout Request

I have been using the HotminiDrama mobile app on Android in the United States and reached the minimum amount required for a cash payout. On June 26th I requested my payout, but the status has been stuck on “verifying” since that date and I still have not received any payment. I feel that this situation is very misleading and untrustworthy, because I spent a lot of time on the app with the clear expectation that I would be paid once I reached the stated minimum. Despite this, my payout has not been processed and I have not received any response from customer support, which has made me extremely frustrated and angry. I request that my payout be processed immediately without any further delay and that my account and this specific cash out request be reviewed so I can understand why it has been pending for so long.
