Hotminidrama Points Keep Resetting Before I Reach the Withdrawal Limit

I have been using the Hotminidrama app on my Android phone and I have a serious problem with the points system and the minimum withdrawal requirement. As I get close to the minimum payout threshold, my points suddenly start going down or resetting instead of increasing, even though I keep watching a lot of videos. Because of this, my balance never reaches the minimum withdrawal amount and it feels impossible to cash out what I have earned.
