I Request Hotmegle Refund and Full Account Deletion After Payment Issue

I am using Hotmegle with both Apple and Google login on my iOS device. Yesterday, I purchased a premium package that was supposed to add +20 minutes to my account, but these minutes were never reflected in my balance, even though the payment was taken. I purchased the package through the Apple App Store on my iOS device. There is no visible order or invoice number in my Apple purchase history that I can provide, but I request that my account be checked based on my login information. My Hotmegle account is linked to the e-mail address shaqwhyho***@gmail.com. Until now I have not been able to reach any support channel and this is my first attempt to get help for this issue. I kindly request that you review my account, confirm the payment, and either immediately activate the missing +20 minutes on my account or refund the amount charged for this purchase. In addition, after this premium issue is resolved in one of these ways, I request that my Hotmegle account and all data associated with my Apple and Google logins and with the e-mail address shaqwhyhow***@gmail.com be completely and permanently deleted from your systems. I ask you to inform me once the payment issue and full deletion of my account and data have been completed.
