App Store Amore Subscription Refund Request

On August 16, 2024, I accidentally purchased a $12 Premium membership through the iOS app of the Amore dating platform. I was actually trying to buy tokens, but due to a mistake during the transaction, I ended up purchasing the Premium membership instead.

After completing the purchase, I tried to contact the Amore team through the Support/Contact section, but I did not receive any response at all. I also downloaded the app through the App Store, my membership is still active, and no refund has been issued. My membership email address is o*********@gmail.com**.

I am requesting either a refund of the amount I paid or that token credits be granted to me in exchange for the Premium membership. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
