I experienced a payment issue on the Happn app that has caused me serious inconvenience. Last month, $11 was charged from my account, and this month, $11 was charged twice, resulting in multiple unauthorized deductions. Despite these charges, there is no active subscription visible in the app or in the connected stores (Apple/Google).
I carefully checked all possible channels, including in-app settings, App Store/Google Play subscription management, and other related sections, but I could not find any active subscription to cancel. Even so, my card was charged again this month—twice. I have bank statements and transaction records confirming these charges.
When I contacted Happn support, I did not receive a clear or helpful response. The replies were vague and did not explain the source of the charges or provide guidance on how to cancel them.
I request a full refund of all unauthorized charges and demand that any subscriptions or payment authorizations linked to my account be permanently canceled. Additionally, I ask for my account and payment details to be reviewed and secured to prevent any further unauthorized transactions.
