Hotels.com Refuses Refund for Canceled Reservation

I canceled a refundable reservation through Hotels.com within just 10 minutes of booking. However, when I contacted them regarding the refund, they claimed it was non-refundable, even though I hadn’t used the reservation.

Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, Hotels.com has not refunded my payment. Their customer service is inaccessible—calls to the 008 number only connect to a robot that doesn’t even recognize my reservation details. I have been unable to speak with a representative to address this problem.

This lack of communication and refusal to refund my money is unacceptable. I demand an immediate resolution and full refund for the canceled reservation. Customers deserve better treatment and transparency.
